Get in Touch With Us

This page tells you how to contact the editorial team behind Best Offshore Sportsbooks, what we can realistically help with, and what we can't. We are an independent comparison site covering offshore sportsbooks that accept US players. We are not a sportsbook, we don't hold your funds, and we can't log into your betting account — so the fastest route for an account problem is almost always the operator's own support desk. For everything else, we read what you send.

Email the Editorial Team

The reliable way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days, though corrections and payout reports get triaged first.

Messages are read by a person. To get a useful answer back, include:

  • The page you're writing about — the URL or the heading, so we can check the exact wording.
  • The sportsbook involved — for example Lucky Rebel, Bovada or BetOnline, rather than "the one ranked third."
  • Dates — when you deposited, when you requested a withdrawal, when a bonus term changed.
  • Evidence where you have it — screenshots of terms, transaction IDs, support ticket numbers. We don't publish reader documents, but they help us verify.
  • Your state, if your question involves legality or eligibility. Rules differ enormously between states.

Please don't send full account passwords, card numbers, crypto private keys or seed phrases. No legitimate site — ours or a sportsbook's — will ever ask for those.

Commercial Disclosure, Stated Plainly

Some of the sportsbooks listed on this site pay us a commission when a reader signs up through our links. That's how the site is funded. It does not buy a position in our rankings, and it doesn't stop us publishing a slow payout report or a restrictive bonus term. If you think a listing reads like it was bought, email us and say so — that's a message we take seriously, and we'd rather hear it than not.

What We Can Help With — and What We Can't

You contact us aboutWhat happens
An error, stale bonus figure or outdated term on a pageWe recheck the operator's published terms and correct or date-stamp the page
A delayed or refused withdrawal at a listed sportsbookWe log it, look for a pattern across reports, and it can affect a book's ranking or removal
A question about how rollover, reduced juice or crypto payouts workWe answer generally, or point you to the relevant guide
Your own account being locked, limited or verifiedWe can't intervene. Only the sportsbook's support can act on your account
A request for picks, tips or "locks"We don't supply them. No one can tell you which side wins

Reporting a Payout Problem

Payout speed and reliability is the single most important thing we track, because it's the risk offshore betting carries that the regulated market doesn't. Offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US — commonly in Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and sit in a legal grey area for US bettors. There is no US state gaming commission you can appeal to, no segregated-funds guarantee, and no state-run dispute resolution. If a book delays or refuses payment, your leverage is limited.

That's why reader reports matter to us. When you send one, include:

  1. The sportsbook and the withdrawal method requested — crypto, bank wire, money transfer, check or player transfer.
  2. The date you requested the payout and the date it arrived, or the fact that it hasn't.
  3. The amount relative to the book's stated payout limits, and any withdrawal fee applied.
  4. Whether KYC or verification documents were requested, and when.
  5. What support told you, verbatim where possible.

We don't publish individual complaints as fact. We treat one report as an anecdote and a repeated pattern as evidence, and we say which is which on the page.

Corrections on Bonus Terms

Bonus offers change without notice, and the headline number is the least important part of them. Every welcome offer we list — a 125% match up to $1,250 plus a $50 free bet at Lucky Rebel, 50% up to $250 at Bovada, $250 in free bets at BetOnline, 125% up to $2,500 at BetNow, 100% up to $500 at Everygame, 100% up to $2,000 on sports plus 25% on casino at BetUS, 50% up to $250 in free bets at Sportsbetting, 50% up to $200 on credit card deposits at Xbet, 100% up to $1,000 at MyBookie, or a 200% welcome offer at ApuestaHoy — carries rollover, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility conditions set by the operator, and those conditions decide whether the offer is worth anything. Several exclude certain deposit methods or reduce the match on card deposits.

If you've read the terms at one of these sportsbooks and they don't match what we've published, tell us. Include the clause and where you found it. Rollover multiples and qualifying-odds floors are exactly the details operators revise quietly, and reader corrections are one of the ways we catch it.

Questions About Odds, Markets and Limits

We're happy to take questions about how pricing and market coverage actually differ between these sportsbooks — point spreads, moneylines, totals, futures, parlays, same-game parlays, prop bets and live in-play betting on the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf and MMA, plus the racebook side where horse racing is offered. Reduced juice, higher betting limits and deeper prop menus are the usual reasons bettors look at international betting sites in the first place, particularly bettors who've been limited at a regulated online sportsbook.

What we can't do is quote you a live line. Prices move, and any number we published in an email would be wrong by the time you read it. Ask us how a market works or where coverage tends to be deeper, not what the number is right now.

Banking and Payment Questions

Deposit and withdrawal questions are common, and availability genuinely varies by operator and by bank. Broadly, offshore betting sites serving US customers handle bank card deposits (which are frequently declined by US issuers), bank wire, money transfer services, voucher or player-to-player transfers, and cryptocurrency. Crypto is usually the fastest route out and often the only one with low or no withdrawal fees, but it carries its own risk: the value of your balance can move against you between request and arrival, and a mistyped address is unrecoverable.

Before you email us to ask whether a method works, check the sportsbook's own cashier page — it's the only current source. If what it says contradicts what we've published, that's a correction we want.

The Casino and Racebook Side

Most of the sportsbooks we cover run other product lines alongside betting: online casino floors with slots, table games and live-dealer rooms, poker rooms at some, and racebooks for horse racing. BetUS, for instance, advertises a separate 25% casino component alongside its sports welcome bonus. These sit under the same account and cashier but usually have their own bonus terms and, importantly, their own rollover contribution rates — casino play often clears sports bonus requirements at a different rate or not at all. If your question is about casino play rather than betting, say so in your email so we route it properly. Readers interested in how offshore casino comparison works elsewhere can also look at our coverage of casinos outside the UK GamStop scheme, though the market and rules there are entirely different from the US.

Age, Eligibility and Legal Standing

You must be at least 21 to use this site, and 21 to bet at most of the sportsbooks listed — some set 18, but the higher age applies where your state or the operator requires it. We do not knowingly correspond with anyone under 21 about betting accounts.

Offshore sportsbooks accept US customers; that is not the same as being authorized or licensed to serve residents of any particular US state. They hold licenses issued abroad, not by a US State Gaming Commission or Gaming Control Board. Some states operate legal, regulated online sportsbooks; others regulate retail betting only; others prohibit online sports betting entirely. Check your own state's law before you deposit anywhere. Nothing on this page or on this site is legal or tax advice — for questions about your personal position, including how winnings should be reported, consult a qualified attorney or tax professional.

If Betting Has Stopped Being Fun

If your message is about your own gambling, or someone else's, say so and we'll respond without a sales pitch. Confidential help is available 24/7 in the US at 1-800-GAMBLER. Be aware that offshore sportsbooks frequently lack the responsible gambling tooling regulated US operators are required to provide — deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion may be limited or absent, and state self-exclusion programs don't reach them. Betting is not a way to make money or fix a financial problem, and losses can't be bet back. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

Media, Partnership and Data Requests

Operators, affiliate managers and journalists can use the same address. Introduce yourself, state who you represent, and outline what you're proposing. We'll say yes or no plainly. Listing requests are assessed against the same criteria as anything else we cover — licensing and ownership transparency, published payout terms, track record of paying, banking range including crypto, market depth and pricing, support responsiveness and site security. Paying us does not move a sportsbook up the rankings, and we won't remove a documented payout issue from a review as part of a commercial arrangement.

For privacy requests relating to data we hold about you, email the same address with "privacy" in the subject line and tell us what you're asking for.

Before You Write

A quick checklist that saves everyone time: if it's about your balance, contact the sportsbook. If it's about a fact on our site, contact us with the URL. If it's urgent and about your gambling, call 1-800-GAMBLER rather than waiting on an email reply. Everything else, send it over — including the messages telling us we got something wrong.
